Trattoria Napoleone - Firenze

The bruschetta was not amazing in comparison to other places in firenze, but the focaccia and the gnocchi gorgonzola was so mouthwatering delicious that I did not want to share with my spouse!

My wife and I had last night a fantastic experience in this restaurant; the food was excellent, the atmosphere great, but we must emphasize the attention and quality of the personal.

Ristorante tradizionale con un tocco di tartufo! Esperienza culinaria deliziosa! Prezzi nella media. Servizio impeccabile nonostante il numero di tavoli, ragazza venezuelana adorabile e soprattutto professionale. Consiglio vivamente per qualsiasi occasione.

Viola was very accommodating when I was in contact with her in regards to making this business dinner reservation for one of my Sr. Directors. There was an annual conference happening that week in Florence. She made it easy as possible with communication on email and proposed a menu with a prix fixed price. Everyone who attended the dinner event, raved about the menu and the hospitality from the staff and restaurant. Needless to say, Trattoria Napoleone is hands down the best with their customer service and ambiance.

We went to this restaurant with very high expectations. Unfortunately, I must say that I was disappointed. The reception was overly cold, nothing like other restaurants in Italy. The food didn't meet our expectations at all. The pancetta in the carbonara was uncooked, the gnocchi was tasteless, the dishes were unfinished, and nobody asked what was wrong with them. A real letdown.
