Pasticceria Pagamonci has been a historic artisan workshop for three generations, in via delle Pinzochere, a stone's throw from piazza Santa Croce. It's great for anyone who wants to eat freshly baked pastries take away at night while walking around the center. NB: opens at 1 am . I recommend the puff pastry with berries or the cream or chocolate donuts Great price and friendly staff. I recently discovered that they also produce high quality almond and chocolate cantucci with delivery throughout Italy , as well as Florentine flatbread, San Giuseppe fritters and much more.
