Minokichi Sushi - Firenze

Recentemente sono stato in questo posto per una cena a firenze per provare tutti u può mangiare la sera. Una volta arrivati e circa, dopo l'ordine, il servizio si mostra sedano. Tuttavia poco dopo ci viene detto che la cucina si chiuderà intorno a così per chiudere rapidamente le nostre richieste possibili. il goto dell'uramaki risulta un po' anonimo e il riso non cotto bene (consistenza troppo stretta). Buon tartare. sottolineare anche, come se il ristorante stesse chiudendo, non è piacevole per il cliente vedere il personale che si prepara a pulire la stanza e fare rumori, incurando il fatto che stavamo ancora terminando la nostra cena. rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.

Siamo tornati dopo un po' e non ci abbiamo deluso, anzi! gyoza e udon sono sempre molto buoni, ottimo salmone speziato e carpaccio, rotoli tutto molto buono. il menu della cena per noi è tra i migliori a Firenze. raccomandato

We have been here on a week day for lunch. It was great. Great quality, great service. This time it was a Saturday’s dinner and the restaurant was full. Service was friendly but not very efficient. The food was good but not at the level of our previous lunch. The sushi were clearly rolled with haste and not really up to par. Will nevertheless return but not on Saturday night

The restaurant staff lacked training on how to deal with the customers. We were the first customer of the day but we had to call the attention of the waiter to take our order after waiting for more than 15 minutes. We ordered three types of sushi. When they were served, they were tiny pieces and was missing the wasabi and ginger. My grandson ordered the tempura udon. The soup didn't have any taste at all! We were not satisfied at all!!

Young, poor mannered, ill trained staff. Fingers on top of plates. One person at our table was italian so she ordered for the two of us. Everyone’s dish was put I. Front of our Italian friend. At one point, she had two glasses of wine, two dishes of rolls and three soups in front of her. The runners brought us the wrong order FIVE TIMES. Rolls were served without wasabi and ginger. Took forever to get these staples. Vegetarian udon soup was so boring. Asked for chili oil and were brought a big bowl of wasabi. Green tea wasn’t. Tasted and looked more like black tea. Every server was rude and the guy up front a freaking joke. Please ask for your bill when you leave to be certain you aren’t being overcharged. Better restaurants in Firenze. Pass on this one. Not worth time or money.
