La Beppa Fioraia - Firenze

This was our last restaurant during a 10 day visit to Italy. We made a reservation by email prior to the trip it took a few days to get a response. The location is convenient if staying in the Oltrarno or if enroute to/from Piazza Michaelangelo. On a Sunday for lunch at opening time, we were probably the only tourists. The clientele seemed to be local and a large extended family was in the back room for what seemed like a birthday celebration. The pasta with ragu was the best I had during the trip. The traditional antipasto platter had more offerings than what we had seen elsewhere. Others in our group of 6 enjoyed their dishes as well, and prices were very reasonable. It is a large restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. It was a hot day and we were fortunate to sit by an air conditioner inside; however, the garden seating looked very enticing. I would definitely dine here again.
