The different rooms are beautifully decorated but the food is only average, not the best steak in Firenze, and not the best service. This is for tourists who don't know better. Dishes arrived cold, service was attentive but not courteous. If you don't drink expensive wines you are less welcome and they want you out as fast as possible. There are no locals in this restaurant which says it all. They are probably a victim of their success,

We had really high hopes for this steakhouse and wanted the authentic Florence experience. The steak was good but not great, expensive, and the accompaniments were average. I think I would bypass this place for somewhere with less height.

For meat lovers looking for the Fiorentina experience, this place is tops! Fantastic chianina beef perfectly grilled to your personal taste. Friendly professional service in a very traditional environment at a few minute 's walk from the Duomo. Highly recommended and of course an excellent selection of Tuscan wines.

The servers were very attentive and made our experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Our main server Marco was also great as he answered questions, and made small adjustments to help make my mothers birthday dinner the best it could be. I would highly recommend.

This is one of the great steak restaurants. The service is exceptional and the food is excellent. Had a wonderful meal my last night in Florence and could no longer recommend this place.
