Where to begin...Fingal Bay holds such a dear place in our lives. Saltwater Restaurant gave us the most wonderful opportunity to share our favourite place with each and everyone of our loved ones. We were able to hold our wedding here and it was the absolute best day of our lives.The staff were so incredibly gracious and attentive, and the food was an absolute highlight! Nothing seemed to be too big or small for the team on the night.We are forever in the debt of Saltwater for making our day so special.Thank you always, we can't wait to come back!Erin Brad x

Great location with views over fingal bay and beach. fresh seafood served with panache. our black ink rifle with delicate squid and a grilled king prawn was good, even if the rice was a trifle overcooked. young friendly server are good. in total hard to beat.

I ordered Barramundi thinking as we are on the coast it would be fresh, but it was far from fresh. The sticky date pudding was dry so needed more sauce. Some servers were very good but others were looking for other things to do other than help the customers.
