Steak 'n Shake - Findlay

Our waiter, Isaac, was fantastic. The burgers were outstanding, and we all enjoyed the shoestring fries. The dark chocolate shake was large enough for three people, but our grandson happily finished it all on his own. If I could, I would give this place more than 5 stars!

I visited the restaurant today, and although there was only one staff member working, I was very impressed with the service they provided. Even though I had to wait for a bit, it didn’t bother me because they were clearly doing their best, especially with a line stretching out to the street. I even left a tip, as I know that people can sometimes be difficult in these situations. The food was fantastic, and I felt respected throughout the experience, so I really have no complaints!

I had a fantastic meal, and the service was excellent. The manager, whose name I believe was Shirley, even helped my son win a stuffed animal from the claw machine! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return.

It was 92 degrees outside when I visited. As a paying customer, I asked for a glass of water to enjoy with my burger and shake, but I was informed that I would need to buy a bottle of water instead. It was disappointing to learn that if I had been dining in, I would have received a glass of water with my meal. Just a few days earlier, the Steak and Shake I visited was very accommodating. I cannot support a business that pressures customers into buying bottled water. You've lost my patronage for good. There are plenty of other burger places to choose from.

I guess they're running tight on ketchup. What a joke this place is really going downhill.
