The wife of the owner is also in the kitchen and produced a fantastic sauce out of port and oregano amongst others , unlike many. We had plenty food for little prices. A true gem and reccommendation!!
Jose Alexandre Ventura Pinto the owner was truly delightful with a fairly good command of English. We had the grilled squid which was incredible. Cute little spot on a side street and it was actually A Medoroa II and Jose told us the other restaurant was seasonal as the summer was loco (crazy). Terrific food and inexpensive prices!!!
This was a nice place and the owner is great. Our introduction was very warm we quickly ordered our food selections! It’s worth noting that they don’t take card here and only the owner seems to speak English. She out main course came my daughter was a bit critical of the cod being dry and my wife noticed her prawns were uncooked but my Gold Bream was just fine. It’s a local place serving good honest easy to prepare food. Great value but not somewhere we would race back too.
