The delivery took an unusually long time. When it finally arrived, my meatball was ice cold because it had been packed with the drink in the same bag. Additionally, the broth I received was incorrect and not roasted as I had ordered. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. The staff were not very friendly, and the food was disappointing—there were olives mixed in with the onions and tomatoes. I will definitely not be returning.
Absolutely appalling, the owner of Subway Figtree. Belittling the young girls who work there, blaming them for incidents when they have no control over it. Calling the staff liars when they ring in sick. Would not recommend this store whatsoever. They do not treat their staff with respect. I will be putting in a formal complaint
The chicken is undercooked, the vegetables are old, I can't eat it at all. the service is zero
