Joe's Food - Fife

Ordered a cheeseburger, and was sent a fried cheeseburger. Apparently on the app, it states whether you want it fried or not and it clearly doesn't on the `Dunfermline `Eats app. When I phoned to ask why I had received this order, I was told I put it in wrong and requested it. Does not say anywhere if you want fried, because why would I get a burger fried and no bun with it?

Fresh food ,customer service was excellent,fair prices. Delivery took about an hour .Would definitely recommend. It’s not a restaurant, it’s a chip shop.

Never on time. And we just stay a few minutes from the place. And it gets made round a hour and an half. I don't think that's right. We waited a hour an half for our dinner???

Absolutely disgusting. Order was over £30. 1 hour later Food missing. Phoned up and the guy tried to argue that the food was there even though I'm looking at it (or lack of it) ! Another hour and 10 minutes and the missing food arrives, stone cold and the chips were severely undercooked verging on raw!

Regularly use Joe’s as food is good however Customer Service Training needed soon for the female working tonight! Won’t be returning in a hurry!
