Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went through drive through today to get a “chicken avocado blt sandwich” and I asked for it without bacon because I don’t eat it for religious reasons, bet they were disrespectful enough to keep the bacon in the sandwich, and on top of that it’s not even the first time they do such thing to me. Very disappointing and I’ll never go back
The pizza was good, onion soup was OK.Took bagels home, they were hard as a rock, like they sold us day old bagels. Toasting didn't help.Not worth the price you have to pay!!!
Lol this sandwich is like 12 dollars and this is what they gave me.
I've eaten here multiple times and the food at this particular location is always underwhelming to say the least. This specific location seems to provide a food quality that is less than standard for one of my favorite chains. It seems that every time I order a sandwich form here, the amount of contents/veggies/other toppings becomes less and less. This last time I've eaten there, there was almost nothing on my sandwich and the Mac'n'Cheese portion was noticeably much smaller as well as dryed out. The customer service is pretty good, however there food quality control is extremely lacking. Don't get me started on the leathery baguettes either.
Friday after Thanksgiving I went to this Panera and had the best experience. I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually check but did not this time. I went back to get it (feeling a little annoyed and hungry). The manager went over and above to make it right. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him 10 times over. I wish I had gotten his name but it was around 630pm on Friday the 24th. Thank you to him for showing care in his work which is extremely rare nowadays.
