Logan's Roadhouse - field

Ordered my food online and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes on the wait. Showed up 20 minutes later just to sit in the lobby for 50 additional minutes. All I ordered was a salad, kids chicken tender meal and a burger. Then they bring the food out and everything is cold, except for the burger, which apparently takes an hour to make. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0 Stars.

Why have onionrings if you can't get them with your food ? something so cheep to make but yet you keep us from getting them with are food ? than salad nice but has a lot of heal pieces in it ? had the ribs thay cam out cold.... sent back to reheat... will see how thay come back.... well luck warm sadly just time to go I thinkParking: Not a lot of people here!!!!

Colin, our server was on point tonight. Our appetizers we hot and delicious. Steaks were hot and tasty and cooked just fine. All in all a good evening out!

Was OK had large group (9 ppl) for lunch and food came out relatively fast. Salmon undercooked but, typical middle of the road food.

I came here with a group of friends that I was visiting and it was my first time in a Logan's. Overall it wasn't bad. I ordered the Rib eye and It was pretty good. The one standout was our server. I'll admit I'm biased because I was a waiter when I was young and our server was amazing. I managed to get her name, Pascia and I can only hope she's recognized for being great at what she does. Friendly and on top of everything. Nothing ruins a good time like bad service so thank you for allowing me and my friends to socialize without having to worry about anything.Will I come back? If I'm visiting Plainfield again, why notRecommended for the exceptional service.
