Great location, friendly staff and helpful. access to the spa is distinguished in turn and in this way you enjoy full of relaxation. delicious dinner with dishes of Emilian tradition. breakfast with a wide choice of cakes and jams produced on site. absolutely recommended to take off from daily routine!

We had a great evening and breakfast with Andre’ and his family. This is a true working farm, we arrived as the days grape harvest was ending. We had a bottle of wine and tomatoe grizzini hand made by mama. It was excellent. The family was warm and welcoming and the rooms were very clean, comfortable. This was the first night of our two week trip visiting and only staying in agritourism farms. If we are to return to Italy this will be on our list to return to for more than just one night. If you are looking for a quite peaceful setting,then you should stay here.

Positives: beautiful views, wonderful meals for dinner. Fresh, delicious. Home made sweets are for breakfast. Such as cakes, and sweet breads, marmalades which are home made. Disappointments were: a/c not above 25 c, he won’t let you keep your room any cooler. No ceiling fans or fans. No coffee maker in room. No refrigerator in room. Can’t use pool until 3 pm under any circumstance. No compromises. It advertises spa, pool but it’s locked up til 3 pm. He charged for water bottle for the room which has been complimentary every other place 4 others so far) and coffee was not complimentary. This is a b&b. Not good for wheel chairs or people with breathing or ambulatory issues. Has a ton of potential with more friendliness, compromise to strict rigid rules, being more warm and accomodating and having a/c at a decent level for those who need it older people, asthma, allergies, high blood pressure and menopause. Although it is in a prime location they need more staff to take care of the guests to provide hospitality and advertised services.

Beautiful location, ideal place for children, excellent cuisine, helpful staff, warm welcome, what to say simply Top!! !
