Unfortunately, this place is understaffed, but with the said that the staff did a great job there to get food immediately and friendly. This place is recently closed at 21:00. I am uncertain if this is due to an underlying problem or the fact that it is in the country. Always great food

Amazing tacos onion rings are on point I love the shake and I would recommend the burger too

The Monster Tacos (2), Breakfast Taco and chicken wrap were excessively greasy. I love your tacos so I used to how they should be. The curly fries tasted old. Egg Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) and pumpkin croissant bites were great!!!

Ill preface by stating my dasher was quick and made no other stops before delivering to me, she got 5 stars. So how I received my food was how it was prepared and bagged. I dug in to eat as soon as I received my order. The chicken in my Classic Crispy Jack Wrap was hard and too tough to chew, it could not be eaten. My large fries were obviously old, they were tough and cold. Total waste. My soda was near flat, though ice remained so it appears it was dispensed that way. The only saving grace was my ultimate cheeseburger, it was good. After working two jobs today, I was looking forward to not having to cook, and I was disappointed with what I received. On top of that, I pay the higher prices and extra fees for convenience, so to pay this much money and not be able to eat majority of my order is unacceptable and upsetting. Its not my first bad experience with this store, and while i try to give second chances, I wont be ordering from here again.

Ordered a Breakfast Platter with both sausage and bacon bacon was missing potatoes were soggy with grease no butter pancakes was like eating rubber Jack in the Box should do much better than this
