Domino's Pizza - Festus

The phone number connects to a call center located overseas, which creates a significant language barrier. They struggled to understand my questions, making communication very difficult. I was informed that they couldn't process special orders and that I needed to contact the store directly. However, they attempted to transfer me five times, and I got disconnected each time. When I requested the direct phone number for the store, they could only provide the number I had been calling, which led back to the call center. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told that there was no manager available at the call center and that I would have to reach out to the store directly. It felt like a never-ending cycle! Save yourself the trouble and frustration, and consider dining somewhere else.

I ordered a pizza on Halloween and signed up for text updates but waited over an hour without any information. It was only when I called them that they finally put my pizza in. I understand that sometimes things can take longer, but having no updates at all until I reached out is unacceptable.

I had to go back to Domino's to speak with a manager (very nice guy) to tell him that the person that took my call to order my pizza could not speak English ans she sent the wrong pizza. The ordering system Domino's went to is going to make sales drop. Once again the Festus Domino's store has outstanding management.

Great workers, staying up late to fulfill my late night pizza desires. josh is a good man and i bet an even better worker. conner was good on the phone and made the pizzas beautifully, even Italians would be happy with this.

The restaurant is unclean, and none of the staff wear hairnets or gloves. The employees, who are mostly teenagers, are quite rude. The pizza, which used to be good, has really declined in quality. There's hardly any sauce on it, and the way they cut the pizza is just ridiculous.
