Sorgente Del Gelato - FERRARA

At the beginning of May 2024, I was lucky to visit the beautiful Emilian city of Ferrara, a small jewel of Renaissance nature. The town is unique in beauty; it was the European capital of politics, culture, and gastronomy. And it is precisely of gastronomy that I would like to focus on. If you visit Ferrara you must try the ice cream. Living in England, where ice cream is made on an industrial level, I can only recognize the goodness of the ice cream made in Ferrara, which is not only creamy but has a truly unique taste. I was visiting Ferrara with my two sisters, Monica and Sabrina, on May 4th, 2024, the very day of the opening of The Palio with the blessing in the cathedral. We discovered a small ice cream shop with great taste: Sorgente Del Gelato ice cream shop. We returned home with the memory of delicious ice cream and a small souvenir of the glass cup containing the semifreddo. Il gelato è delizioso e non mi arrendo mai a prenderlo, il proprietario è amichevole e mi ha sempre mostrato il meglio della gentilezza e lo stimolo per come funziona. un'osservazione: Il gelato biondo sulla cinquantina è scortese, non chiede nemmeno se vuoi il cioccolato alla base del cono, mai mi saluta, lei è razzista, mi mette il gelato sulla tazza così tanto che stava per cadere, quando il mio amico le ha chiesto la tazza e il cucchiaino intatto e ha alzato gli occhi al cielo. Raccomando 'se non ti piace relazionarti con il pubblico cambia professione'. Tutti i miei amici, come la bionda mi ha trattato, non volevano nemmeno mangiare il gelato.

Delizioso gelato, con opzioni vegane e la maggior parte anche senza glutine. il proprietario è molto gentile e molto cordiale. provarci!
