When you arrive in my home town of Ferrara and find a pizza, go here. Please! Everything is as you say, of stellar quality. I also have a proposal on the pizza you should order. Especially if you are not alone, and you can share, try in this order: a pizza poverella, just the dough with a sprinkle of sea salt to enjoy the incredible dough. B Pizza Marinara. Only her incredible tomatoes, with a small piece of garlic. c Pizza Margherita, tomatoes see above : and superior quality mozzarella fiordilatte. Eventually, that whatever happens hourly imagination. But imho would you do better by just one ingredien tomato and mozzarella: say aubergines, or cured ham prosciutto crudo all 'uscita .

One of my favorite pizzerias in Italy. It does indeed serve the authentic 'pizza napoletana ', properly cooked, and just as soft as it needs to be, and with great toppings. They also have a wonderful selection of beers to match the pizza (or simply to quench your thirst). Waiters are friendly and discreet, and have a pleasant sense of humor. It is a wonderful place to have great pizza and a good time.
