Just like that..... seemed to enter the house of friends; relaxing atmosphere, soft lights, minimal chic environment. The really original tables: our was round, big, wood treated and without tablecloth or tablecloth. At the moment, the thing left me a little puzzled but then I realized the originality. They welcomed us by bringing us very long grissini, crackers and high focaccia made by them and accompanied by a sublime raw ham. The really curious entrée: a hazelnut covered with liver paté and sprinkled with cocoa, a scottona meatball, crispy polenta and the pork cotenna made with chips. We opted for the à la carte menu (there are no bad tasting paths): appetizer of cured meats, which I recommend to have an idea of the goodness of their meats, risotto with pepper cream and their sausage, a cut to the grill and a duck breast. sublime meat and tasty risotto, unique in its kind. As sweets we chose cream ice cream with black cherry and a ricotta with orange and crumble jam: useless to say that they were all made by them and excellent. Nice wine card: we took two glasses and one for dessert. Especially the latter.....a fairy tale. Then something really nice: the dishes were served directly by the chef. I look forward to coming back because I want to taste the other delicacies of the menu.
