1 Star Vietnamese - Ferntree Gully

The food is superb, featuring fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have no doubt that the chef is highly experienced and has a genuine passion for cooking.

Tonight was my first time at 1 Star, don’t let the name deceive you as it rates more than one star. Food was nice and the service was friendly all at a reasonable price.

I visited this restaurant on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised by what a little gem it is. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. The place is also quite clean, and there's plenty of parking available. Plus, you can bring your own bottle of wine. I will definitely be returning soon!

Delicious!!! The food here is fantastic, and our portions were so generous that we couldn't finish everything! Everything is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor—it's the first time I've truly enjoyed tofu! The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. This has quickly become my favorite local restaurant, and I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing place nearby. What a wonderful spot, with excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere!

Was in the area for a business trip. Had dinner on a quiet Monday night. Highly recommended- salt pepper king prawn! Was surprised at how succulent the prawn was, without drowning in the salt pepper seasoning. Let’s just say it was really nicely done. Other dishes worth your calories- steamed barramundi, salted fish fried rice. Definitely a restaurant I will patronize again if I am in the area. Thank you Ron and staff!
