Staff was friendly in dining room. Service was extremely fast. Burger was best I ever had at any Wendy's

I didnt eat at Wendy's, I went to Dairy Queen. The service was excellent! As far as employees go,the ONLY one working had phenomenal customer service(Tess) even though she was the ONLY one working.She took orders accordingly and made them in a timely fashion. So 5 stars to her!I gave it 4 stars instead of five because of that. Half the reason why business like DQ have high turnovers or complaints is due to overwhelmed employees and disgruntled customers. I understand profit and margins ect ect,but now and days that same employee can go make more doing less.

It's a burger place in a truck stop. Not much more to say. It's not fast and you can't use any online ordering or call-in ordering. Get ready to wait.. but the food is good for the most part. Make sure to double check your order before you leave. They forget everything, sauces, special orders, napkins, plastic utensils, ect.

Got some dinner with a friend, and boy were they speedy. I ordered a meal and a sandwich and before I could even get to the drink machine my food was ready. Crazy fast service even though it was pretty packed in there with other customers. The grilled chicken sandwich was pretty good too, that sauce slaps! ????

The restaurant is nice and new but they didn't have lettuce for the burgers and they are right next to a grocery store that sells lettuce a plenty. Frustrating. Also my burger had three times the amount of mayo, ketchup, and mustard for 4 other sandwiches
