Domino's Pizza - Fernley

Website needs to be updated for closing times. Stopped in town for travel and attempted to order delivery. Webesite say's open until midnight. Placed my order at 10pm and immediately got a phone call telling me they were closed and i would get a refund within a week. Again please update hrs.

Ordered the new Pepperoni cheese breads And they literally put 1 Pepperoni on it, none inside either. Ridiculous

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, cheese bread, and cinnasticks last weekend with a couple tubs of Garlic dip. The order was placed around 730 pm and didnt show up to my house until 930. I immediately noticed they didnt leave the dip that I ordered and I called this dominos before the delivery driver even left the neighborhood. They told me they had no way to get a hold of the driver (who more than likely had a cell phone) and said they would ask him to bring the dip back once he got back. That never happened. The rest of our order was cold when we got it which is crazy because my pizza was in the quality check phase for almost 2 hours.

By far the worst pizza in town. I'm only giving review due to customer service. They have major attitude on the phone and there options are garbage vs pizza factory. I got extra large pizza fries and more wings which they were absolutely okay with doing half and half sauces for the same price for just a regular pizza and less wings and attitude at dominos. Customer service matters especially if your not going to offer much in your business.

Did delivery tonight. The driver was so sweet to my son whose speech delayed. She understood him and engaged in conversation. It was just nice because many just look at my son like he has three heads!Should have asked her name!Food was good as always.Ordered the tator tots for the first time. They're a bit over priced. Should have been $3.99 max. But now I know.
