McDonald's - Fernie

It's McDonald's, staff were great, the washrooms and ordering area were very clean, and they had a small eating area. Raspberry milkshake was not that great but that was not their fault as most McDonald's shake aren't. Over all very good

Not much care was taken with our order cheese was half off my Mac and my wife's grill order was way off. The kids got what they wanted but it took as much time to get our food as a sit down and served place like Boston Pizza. This was at around 2pm on a Saturday after all said and done we got away about 330pm. Most likely will not stop here the next time but again I think they are short staffed.

I stopped in to get a coffee during a roadtrip. Followed the crowd to use self check out kiosk. Apparently you can order a coffee thru kiosk but it does not oder. You still have to go up to the desk to personally order it. What's the point in using the kiosk? There are no indications of what to do so I stood there for 10 minutes without knowing why my order was never filled. So busy there was no one to tell me what to do. Will avoid this headache in the future. The coffee was not good enough for that nonesense.

The regular experience at a McD's. No negatives to speak of and quick service. Had breakfast and lunch there.

We alway stop at McDonald's for a break. The good is they have great coffee and if you go on a Wednesday and are a senior you get special prices for coffee..special or regular. The place is usually full so it is obvious they treat people nicely. The one issue I have and I have had it off and on for five years is the hand dryer in the ladies bathroom. I have mentioned it several times but it will work one visit and for the next three visits it won't move. Anyhow all that being said..it us a nice stop.
