The Worlds End, Almer - Ferndown

We went to the Worlds End pub this week for a drink and dinner and it was nothing short of exceptional. We were greeted warmly and the staff (especially Harry) were very polite and attentive. The menu had plenty of variety and the food was absolutely delicious, portion sizes were very generous and the food was cooked fresh to order. Overall this was a great experience and we will be coming back, thank you again to all of the staff for such great service!

Just had a fabulous Sunday lunch here. Fathers day so a little busy and a chance of rain so everyone was sitting inside but plenty of seating outside if the weather is good. We had the roast beef Sunday lunch which was plentyful and the veg was well seasoned which makes a change. Really good lunch

Went here for a celebration meal on our way home from a day out. Was a fabulous end to our day. Little more expensive than some places but absolutely worth it as the food was exceptional. Great choice, great quality and a little bit of sparkle. The welcome and service were also at the top end. Would most certainly recommend and will definitely go again.

Stopped off on the way home. A big pub but friendly service. Good wine selection and a well kept cask ale. We had the fish and chips with a cider batter and mushie peas.

I travel to over 40 pubs per month . As a Surveyor. This public house is fantastic. The lovely location it is in. Also the building itself. The Staff are friendly polite and very helpful. The food was excellent as nice to see a change of Roasts. We ordered a Roast sharer. Which was a cut of lamb stuffed. On a lovely wooden server. With a pot of gravy which was full of flavour and had an excellent taste. This came with accompanying Roast potatoes/ mixed veg. Fresh locally grown. As you could taste the difference. Also cauliflower cheese. Plus fantastic fresh made Yorkshire puddings. This feast was only £36. The Manager was very attentive throughout. I would highly recommend this public house restaurant. As it was a fantastic experience. Many other public houses. Could learn from this public houses. Glorious
