Tim Horton's #566 - Ferndale

The best staff ever. Very warm and accommodating. Great customer service. They were very nice to my children. My son made a little mess on the ground and they didn't do anything. The coffee was delicious and the donuts fresh. Great people!

I just waited. I cleaned a sandwich and wanted tomato soup, but you were out. (It's so delicious and a dry rainy day today, so I'm not surprised. Anyway, I have so fantastic service that I came here to say it. The lady waiting for me was PERFECT. She was kind and friendly... and when I moved around my order, she had a sample of the Spicy Thai soup I ordered. She wanted to make sure I liked it before she called me. She even let me know it had a fish base. As an aunt on a nephew with fish allergies, I appreciated her attention to detail! Seriously, how beautiful is that?! What the soup tastes is great. Tim Hortons really does a nice job I wish I had the name of the Gal. But whoever worked between 3:30 and 4 today... you're great! The company's lucky to have you.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Late night snacks run and everyone had great energy. The manager who was in service (Trey, I think) was beyond helpful. I love this tim Horton only one I go. Did I mention the ice? Love it the butter pecan is the best with a brownie and a little caramel on the summit.
