Dunkin' - Fern Park

I really want to thank you for an extraordinary customer experience. After three other shops and my order always wrong, the staff in this store went over and over their regular duty and made my order perfect! The staff in this business are really friendly, everything was fully in stock and super clean. The staff in this store did what the other places could not. After 40 miles I drive my drinks at this point and the staff was so nice to me. I hope everyone who comes here also has a pleasant experience. That was my day!!

The staff was so friendly!! They danced and goofing around, but super fast get the food out. How serious they seemed to be. Love that! They had a lot more variety than the Dunkin we usually go to. We might have to get out more often.

Today I had the best experience with the staff here. I recently suffered a traumatic head injury and had a difficult time to recover. This has nothing to do with Dunkin Donuts, but it's important because Kim (staff) and his manager Laura were incredibly helpful to me. Due to Kovid restrictions, we cannot order inside, and Kim went through ordering on the app without concerns. I spoke to Laura to tell her how kind and helpful Kim was in my time of need, and she was not only grateful for the positive feedback, but also said any help I need, or in the future they would like to take me and support me. Laura gave me kind words and assured me that everything would be better at some point. I do not get used to this high customer service anywhere and the real kindness presented here. Thanks Kim and Laura. I live across the street and had never been here, but I will be a loyal customer on this experience in the future.

Great service and staff! First time here and the cashier was so nice to me and my child. Also, the new Avocado Toast is the best thing DD has done!!!
