Church's Chicken - Ferguson

Great huh his me and my vater favorite place to eat in the world and she oakra is amazing

I had a good experience. The line wasn't too long. The cashier was quick and friendly. The line moved fast. I was in and out, and the family loved the meal.

Honestly I dont understand what's wrong wi5u couple locatons of Churches in Florissant-Ferguson. This location states it is open til 10 pm daily, yet at 7:55pm, I was told they were getting ready to close and theyv didn't have any chicken. This is AFTER they asked how Can I help you. We only have legs and thighs.?!?! How the heck do you go from we 9nky have darl meat to sorry we don't have any chicken in 1 min AND notvsuppose to close for an orher 2 hours? This is not the first time similar things have happened and this has been a thing since pre-COVID. Location on Lindberg and Washington is also notorious for closing 2 hour early.

We live about 45 min away. We have 2 Churches close to us. Belleville and Washington Park. This Churches is worth the drive. They get it right. It's cooked perfect. Its the Churches I grew up to love. The others are not worth the 10 min drive

We were doing Uber and Door Dash for Superbowl Sunday. We got an order for this location, before pulling on the lot we notice they are selling 100 pieces for 80 bucks. So, we're thinking they're prepared for the busy day. I go in to to get our order, and the lady at the counter was extremely rude when I approached the counter to see if the order on the counter was indeed mine. It of course, was. After delivering the order. We decide we want Churchs chicken for dinner. Unfortunately for us, they were out of mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw. So, they weren't prepared for the busy day after all. Then, we get to the window and they ask us if we wanted spicy chicken before handing out the order. We tell them, no, we would like original please They hand us out the order, on the way home we realize they gave us spicy after all. We are never going there again. It isn't worth the time of day to even think about it.
