Ordered had to seat in car for 20 mins they for got to bring me my food

Does this place sell chicken? We haven't gone to KFC in few years because they never have any chicken. Lol. Here we are again tonight, waiting for 30 minutes to get a 2 breasts and some wings.NEVER AGAIN. WHERE CAN YOU GET DECENT CHICKEN?

25 min in a empty drive through, and lobby..Then to get cold fries,and a half full rootbeer float. Definitely never going back. Get job a and w. Atmosphere get a 5 because I like the inside of my car.Oh right my order a bacon cheese burger meal. If you like to sit and watch your gas gage go down this Is the place to be. Ok o have a question for the owner you have a drive clock right. Now im not supposed to be in the drive through for more than x amount of time. Why does this not apply to when you are told to go and park 10 feet in front of the drive through window????? Then we as costumers get to back up to ask for napkins and what ever condiments your employees so thoughtfully left out.

Pulled into the drive thru at 6pm on a Saturday night. Ordered a family chicken bucket. The girl on the speaker said Hold on, let me see if we have that much chicken ... What do you mean?! You are KFC, right? A place that specializes in chicken!!! Came back to inform us they only had a certain amount of extra crispy and the rest would be original. We said ok that 's fine, as long as we get our chicken. They had us pull over to wait for our order. When we got home, the fries we ordered as a side were missing, no napkins, and no honey or butter for a $50 order. The people were polite, but the service is horrendous and needs some work.

The food was good and the customer service was great. This place has been really improving since the last time I went. I came into the lobby and was treated so kindly. They even walked me out to my car helping me with some of my bags because I had so many. The lobby is a little dirty but it could be fixed up with a good mopping. I'd recommend coming here again if you haven't been in a while. Especially while they aren't busy. After being there a few times they are always more personal and kind when they can focus on you.
