Ordered online for delivery once I saw it was going to take two hours. I wanted to change it to carry out. There was no way to change it online. I called and sat on the phone for over 20 minutes. No one answered, so I drove over there and when I asked for help the kid at the counter was super friendly and asked the manager for help, and she started yelling from the back and said that she was so busy so I yelled back and said I was frustrated, and upset. She still continued to work behind the counter, and yell from where she was standing. So I decided to cancel the order. I will not be coming back here again. any manager that cannot take two minutes to come step over and take care of a customer issue and stand back and yell doesn’t deserve any business. Poor training on their part- the associate should’ve been trained on how to do this. And very poor customer service.
I went inside to pick up for my sister it's not my favorite pizza, but the only complaints I really had were that there was very loud rap music playing while I waited for her pizza ? and I watched 3 employees eating and goofing off probably on break but in full view of every one and the phone was ringing off of the hook while 2 guys tried to run the entire place by themselves.
The workers gave our order to another random guy thankfully they remade the order but that is ridiculous.
My plans got canceled due to weather and I was bumed. Decided I get something to eat and just go home. I went in to the Roy location tonight with a special request and the whole team was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Destiny went above and beyond. Customer service was top notch, food was quickly prepared with care. Thank you all for helping make my night better.
