The croissant was much better only somewhat flaky and buttery but good for the price and the coffee was heavy and syrupy but still creamy. Still serving the mid market rather than being a fancy bakery but doing it very well.
I tried the combination of chocolate milk, pork sausage roll and ginger tart. They are so good!!! No wonder it is rated so high!
This bakery truly deserves high rate! We had their signature sausage roll, ginger tart, custard tart, ricotta cheese cake. Really good!
Found this gem since 2010, a decade later this is pace only going stronger and still as delicious. My favourite is the ginger brûlée tart which has a slight hint of ginger and perfect for afternoon tea with coffee.
