Take Sushi Japanese Cuisine

I am leaving nearby this restaurant and he took me a while to try it. But one night when mister was craving for ramen and me for sushi we decided to give a try. The shop is cute and quiet. The decoration is nice. It is for le what i excpect when i go to a japanese restaurant. they have a sushi train and a classic menu. We tried first the shoyu ramen ans the rainbow signature sushi roll. The ramen was good. we would have like having a marinated egg as it is common for ramen. But the broth was tasty. The roll was very colourfull and tasty. i liked the fact i got different type of fish in one roll. There was too much spicy mayonnaise according to me. Just a bit on the side would be enough. But i really enjoyed it. As we had enough place for a bit more food we decide to try some sushi with lobster and brown rice, another with black rice and scallops and and a crab and cheese one. They were all tasty. I will come back for more sushis...

Food: Is amazing. The variety type is sushi rice is beyond amazing. You could choose any type of rice without extra charge. And every plate just cost $3.50 each of any type<br/ <br/ Quality: food quality is great for the price you pay it's worth the bucks. And they do are not stingy with their ingredient <br/ <br/ Service: service is good when is off peak but when it's peak service can be overwhelming and slow yet still fast. <br/ <br/ Ambiance: it's a small shop with the revolving sushi train seat and few side table seating. Nice and bright space.

I'm always up for a meal at Take Sushi! They have consistently great sushi and at a reasonable price too! If you're in the area then I highly recommend you pop in!!

The ambiance was lovely, and I couldn't find anything to criticize. This has become my new favorite sushi restaurant in the city.
