Food is great and the price is acceptable. But some of the waiters were very rude. They treat you like enemies. We pay for the service quality, how dare you do this? My partner and I went to visit this restaurant monthly, I remember last month we ordered some entry dishes with mains, and a bowl of rice. Their waiter delivers the bowl of the rice at the beginning. After 5 minutes the first entry came. Have you thought of the order? I just watched my rice for five minutes and did nothing. When the first entry came the rice was getting cold already. Why? You want me to have the rice with nothing? Very disappointed with their service. The chef here is not good The same food in the city is okay, but this one tastes terrible I ate different dishes three times and they all tasted terrible. . . NOT HOT POT. It was very disappointing to see this place has changed to plain menu instead of hot pot. I went to show my brother who hadn't had hot pot before and was very disappointed they didn't have it. You can't be called a hot pot place if you don't provide it. The food was full of flavour but very oily and too spicy. We would've gone to another restaurant when we found out it wasn't hot pot anymore but the other restaurants around were very busy.
