Guzman Y Gomez Castle Towers

Been there so many times for dine in and takeaway... Love the flavours. One of our fav go to place. nachos fries and nachos are the best ones in town. tasty, fresh and very flavourful, tried everything in the menu!def going back for more

Maybe the issue is with food and flavours changing the moment they are packed, transported and reheated the essence of delivery. We love mexican Cusine and we know mexican Cusine. The guacamole was phenomenal, super fresh and super amazing. The quesadillas were devoid of their main ingredient cheese. Strange. The rest of the food the salad , the burritos and enchilada were pretty okay but I wouldn’t really say wow to it. For me this was a experience I would explore in the actual restaurant and not take away. Sorry !

Located inside Castle Towers, this venue has quite spacious seating area with bright colour throughout. I ordered their mini nacho fries with barramundi. Tasted okay but presentation could be better.

Julie was an outstanding, upbeat and positive worker. She had the most beautiful and charming smile and the most pleasant attitude. She took my order without a hassle and the food was great. Jk Julie was an absolute pain. I went there with my friend on a Sunday and Julie was at the counter. I ordered me favorite burrito but Julie at the counter was very dark and lazy looking. I went back to my friend who was waiting in the line and I joked that she probably put upbeat and positive worker on her resume. I am positive that she overheard me and she started putting on this awkward smile across her face. When my food was ready she left it at the counter whereas, when my friends food was ready, she came running up with her awkward smile and gave the food to him by hand. I also noticed that she gave me a different sticker on the paper bag which made me emotionally upset. This experience was very personal and I do not have the balls to visit Guzman y Gomez castle hill again. If anyone reads this, please go to Julie and say sorry behalf of “that Asian guy at the store”

A big thank you to Guzman Y Gomez. It never fails to disappoint! That is despite frequenting the Castle Hill store many times of the week, purely because of how fresh and tasty the food is; the service staff are always so helpful and the premises is clean. So much so, that our 9 year son insisted to have breakfast, lunch and dinner for his birthday. We were looked after so much, and we are so grateful and thankful for having such an awesome well-run/managed franchise close to our home. Thank you again for everything that you do.
