The Nacho Fries were stale, but the rest of the meal was good, and they actually remembered my extra Nacho Cheese Sauce this time.

Let's be honest about what it is: you can't beat Taco Bell! While it may not be fine dining, in the fast food category, it's a solid 5 stars! The Steak White Ranch Burrito was absolutely incredible!

I ordered food through Uber, and when it arrived, my three Tacos Supreme were missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to Chase, who was very apologetic and offered to bring me the missing tacos. He even made it a personal mission to ensure I received them. Honestly, this was the best service I've had in a long time from any restaurant! To top it off, he also surprised me with an extra cherry dessert. Thank you, Chase! You've truly restored my faith in humanity.

We ordered four Doritos Locos Tacos without lettuce, but two of them came without it while the other two were packed with lettuce. I don't get it.

I recently moved out of state and a friend who also relocated from the same city told me that the fast food in St. Louis matches the quality that the companies intend for their products, as developed in their labs and test kitchens. He was absolutely right! During my visit, the food was served hot and neatly packaged, complete with napkins, utensils, and the exact number of hot sauce packets distributed just right among mild, medium, and hot options. It was impressive! The young staff members at the drive-thru were professional, polite, and well-spoken, displaying a genuine care for their work. I was truly amazed! I initially thought it might just be this particular location, but I’ve found the same high standards across all the franchises and chains I’ve tried so far. However, this place stands out as my favorite!
