The Maltings - Fenland

I ordered Salt and Pepper chips, a portion of large pancake rolls, and a house special Chow Mein. The Salt and Pepper chips were enjoyable, but the pancake rolls were bland and tasteless, lacking seasoning and with undercooked batter. The Chow Mein was also bland and lacked seasoning, with no flavor in the dish. Thankfully, I had some soy sauce and fish sauce at home to add some much-needed flavor. The dish only contained prawns, slimy chicken, and beef that seemed boiled rather than fried. Overall, I was very disappointed with the meal and do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

When I entered the restaurant on a hot day, I was pleasantly surprised by how cool and refreshing it was inside. A friendly young man named Preston greeted me at the front desk with a smile and asked how my day was going. He offered some recommendations based on my preferences, and after I placed my order, he assured me that it would be served quickly and fresh. In just 3-4 minutes, my food arrived hot and fresh, and it tasted absolutely delicious, making my evening. Thanks to Preston's excellent service, this dining experience was truly amazing.

Everything was excellent. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I have to appluad preston Smith who I believed cooked my chicken with salt and pepper. I must say this is one of the best Chinese I have ever had

The best chinese I have had in the uk and I have tried many from Scotland to most of the one's in London, Honestly it's absolutely gorgeous, would highly recommend, also 1st time trying it and had to go back and get more it's the staff are amazing too
