Best Inn Convention - Feni

I have stayed at the Paragraph hotel now firstly for over 4 weeks from June July then late July end August, total of nine weeks. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very good in the reception area. Rooms were spectacular in every way, however the cleanliness of the room was a let down as the floors were not cleaned and the rubbish was swept below the bed. Facilities in the room were also good except for the tea milk and sugar were not replaced daily, and this being a 5 star hotel was a big let down. Breakfast in the morning there was plenty to choose from but thing like bacon eggs porridge poached eggs were always cold. The staff were always on your back removing plates before you finished. this was not good and a sign of lack of training for the staff. After a couple of weeks in I had money removed from my bedside unit, on 2 occasions. when this was highlighted to the staff it took a week for it to be resolved, only to be told that the cleaner thought it was a tip. I was offered o bottle of wine as compensation, well better than nothing. To be honest this is a very good hotel, out of the way and good if you like it quiet. the spa facilities and the pool area were exceptional. Staff in general will help when required. to say this is a 5 star hotel is a misconception as some of the fitting in the room were loose, the finishing around the edges were rough and not very professional done. the meals at night did fair better bet was still cold a times. Price wise was not too bad if you are a foreigner like me but to the Georgians this would have been pricey. this in my view is only a 4 star facility, because of the coldness of the food.

Rooms are satisfactory according to price. Wifi connection is poor. Service quality has been downgraded significantly. They don’t treat all clients equally. However, they have a decent complementary breakfast (buffet).

One of the Best Bangla Chinese food restaurant of Feni.Food setup Service is very good.People are humble.Neat and clean .great place for family outing .

Best hotel in Feni. Though don't compare it with other 3 star hotels of Dhaka.But considering the fact that the hotel is in Feni, I can forgive a few things.Staff behavior could be little better

A nice place with lovely ambience. Good for official conventions and adequate space for party functions. The hotel is located within the perimeter of the main city. Food and service is remarkable and highly recommended for private or.official gatherings. Its a must go place for me and would love to repeat my visit
