Przekaż informację zwrotnąGood day, I am writing to file a formal complaint against one of your employees, Caroline Sibley. I am appalled by her behavior on two occasions. My husband visited with our daughter to request a refund for a product. Caroline insisted that someone needed to inspect the product before considering a refund and asked him to return another day. She repeated herself in a rude manner, as if my husband did not understand her the first time. She instructed him to leave the product and he was not provided with any proof that the item was left in the store. He was extremely displeased with her attitude and asked me to return next time with him. I returned today with my daughter, and Caroline’s behavior was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She refused to issue the refund, citing that it was against company policy. I asked for further explanation which she failed to provide. When I requested to speak with a manager, she became aggressive and insisted that I could not speak with him. When I asked why, she simply said that he was unavailable. This later proved to be untrue as he walked by us while we were speaking. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. She eventually conceded and granted the refund, clearly annoyed that I still wanted to speak with the manager. When the manager arrived, I explained the situation and he apologized on behalf of the company. I am utterly disgusted by Caroline’s behavior towards me and my daughter on two separate occasions. As a family, we have never experienced such treatment, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that Caroline is no longer employed in a customer service role. In this day and age, individuals like her should not be representing your establishment.
The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. I witnessed a young boy who was working hard despite a long waiting queue, while two older ladies sat and chatted without acknowledging him. It's unacceptable for employees to be treated this way. The young boy was very helpful and patient, and should be commended for his efforts. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment due to their unprofessional behavior.
The restaurant has stunning and serene plants, and the prices are affordable for all budgets.
Well laid out and a good selection of plants, seeds and pieces for the garden. good selection of kies, that is what took me first and left me with kies and an unplanned purchase of a rose. worth a trip.
As I was driving past I visited the store today hoping that it will be open for business. I was quite bluntly told by one of the staff that just because we can open from today doesn't mean we will be open. Surely there is a better way to speak to your loyal customers. Disappointed ????????
