Rauschenberger's Supper Club Pop Up

This year it was again a great evening at the soup club. Great ambience, friendly service and the dishes were well prepared and the menu was well tuned. We have all three menus, menus 1 and 2 and vegetarian. Besides the fact that the dishes were all great, especially the calfsfillet and the Dessert Snow White was delighted. Around a successful evening and I look forward to the next soup club.

We have eaten here for the second time and can only recommend it to everyone. The ambience is very cozy and the staff leaves nothing to be desired. You can choose between a 4 and a 5 course menu. Eating is just a dream. The menus are very well matched and there is something for every taste.

Great and lushly decorated location, atmospherically illuminated by hundreds of candles, very good menu at high level, friendly and professional staff, ... In short, a wonderful evening.

It is the second time that we take part in one of their events, which is only 2 times a year. The first time I enjoyed the scenography more than the food. The second time was 2 days ago and although I still loved the local order, the food was protagonistic. I really liked the well composed menu, the choice of ingredients, the level of preparation, the dishes arrangement. The mackerel was raised and the following soup was a touch of class. I liked the atmosphere, finally a place well dressed people!, the service smiled, friendly and efficient, even if I asked to change table and sit on a sofa at the last moment. I like the open door kitchen where you can work the cooks and see the relaxing atmosphere. I only have a small suggestion: Unfortunately, the place is illuminated with red lamps, despite the fact that they create a cozy candlelight look, they make impossible to see the beautiful colors of the dishes and the food before you. So my 50 shades of green dessert became 50 shades of red. Taste was great, but I would have enjoyed the green! Sure, there will be a next time.
