Aldinger's - Fellbach

We, a party of four, all decided for the seasonal hare dish, served with spaetzle (a nudel type) and brussel. accompanied by excellent local weeps from the name encoder aldinger weingut.

A wine selection to die. the menu is seasonal, but the summer is fantastic. lemongrass soup with curry cream and the sampi with chilinudeln are sublim. no wonder it's on the Michelin watch lists.

From the outside I find the place very attractive. One of the first impressions does not deceive. Very nicely furnished, with lots of attention to detail. They'll be very nice and brought to the table. The selection of dishes is extensive. Appetizers and soups, fish, wild and meat dishes are offered, also for vegetarians. I can recommend the onion roast with hints, which was so great. I do not think prices are too expensive, as the quality of food is also paid to service.
