To Thai Mekong owner. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that my recent dining experience at your restaurant was the best I've had in a while. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch. The staffs were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Waited for 10 minutes to be seated as the poor young girl in front of house looked like she was struggling with POS and orders. Then waited 55mins after ordering with still no starter(entree). Paid for our two drinks and explained that we were leaving because they were now serving people who had come into the restaurant 25 minutes after we had. I was told it was hectic because of the two large groups. I almost laughed as the there was no more than 20 people in the restaurant. At this point our starters came out but by then I was as annoyed as the poor guy who had been waiting an age for his take out. Food here is usually very good but their admin is shocking, relying on young kids to run front of house. Sadly this business will fail in the future if it doesn’t get better management systems in place. Zero stars for food as I never got any!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Highly recommend this place..we ring in by the time we got there our food was ready. Very tasty cooked just right. The veges were still crunchy the the meat was succulent very tasty. I found the prices for what we ordered over priced Food was overcooked outside shell of wontons tasted burnt way over done Some undercooked pork in wontons, The Dumplings were rubbery texture Food flavour was weak Meat tasted strange chicken had very odd taste left meat on plate As well as other items Very hot in restaurant Lots of flies were I was seated Roti bread really nice Satay chicken watery chicken very plan.
