Starbucks - Federal Way

Ordered two drinks via mobile at 10:31 and received at 10:58. Tons of ppl were waiting for their drinks. The drive thru turn over was also very slow.... Employees looked stressed. Definitely have some issue with the management. Skip this store.

Have been waiting 35 minutes for my drink. Nobody cares about your pronouns or pride flag, but they do want their coffee in a timely manner. This is by far the worst Starbucks in America..

I love Starbucks as they are almost always consistent with my drink orders but for the love of g- turn on the heat! I was here this morning and it must have been like 50 degrees inside with outside temps of 53! I think they can afford to turn it up to at least 68!

Unhelpful. Not friendly. Coffee fine. Staff seems stressed. Hard entrance too. Just pass it by.

Love me some Starbucks!! The seasonal drinks are a few of my favorites when I come here. The atmosphere is warm, and I always love the fresh smiles upon each employees face upon our greeting. You guys are so amazing and needed!
