Horrible food... The shrimp was so hard I hurt myself chewing but paid almost 8 bucks for ordered Mashed potatoes but didnt receive and also didn't get my French fries. The chicken sandwich was Chicken strips on a bun and only 2 this was the worst experience coming to enchanted parkway in federal way. Also they wouldn't even answer the phone called 20 times and that's not a Exaggeration. I literally threw all the food away..

They completely forgot biscuits. Ordered a 8 price family meal. I received 7 pieces and no biscuits! I mean I’d be ok if you get the fries but how we forgotten

I ordered chicken and wasn't cooked all the way so had to cook it more when I got home, and they didn't give me any of the side I ordered this time. The quality of food has dropped and service is alot worse then it what it used to be. The wost things they would've done back then would be to either say they ran out of chicken give you spicy when you asked for mild or bad lemonade. Now they won't even give you the sides, and the chicken is less then what they used to give you.

Absolutely the worst experience food wise i have had in a minuteFor the price we should at least gotten our full order dont you think ? And the quality was ungodly i wouldnt have feed this to someone i dislikes dog. I am going to go back and request a refund or something this is ridiculous.
