My server ignored our table and dropped our food to the table and had someone else bring the bill when we didn’t ask for it. We had a hard time getting her back to the table as we wanted to order some food to go. I asked for my food to go and she attempted to leave the table without letting my friend speak and saw what she wanted to order for to go. I ignored it best I could, I started eating my food and wasn’t impressed. The rice wasn’t the typical sticky rice you would get with teriyaki but instead it was minute made rice. Very dry and cold. I start eating my salad and enjoyed it until I found a piece of hair in it. At that point I didn’t want my food anymore or my food that I ordered to go. I get to the register and tell them there was hair in my food and the lady checking us out had an attitude because I didn’t want my to go food. After finding hair in my food I wanted nothing to do with the food coming from their kitchen and she had nothing to say about the hair and when the server came to the register to see what was going on she rolled her eyes at us. Anywho, if you’re looking for some good beef teriyaki- this isn’t the place to go.
This place was my only option for late thai food. the panang curry is too thick, it’s concerning me.. however, their thai tea is good. definitely not worth the $40 :
Service was slow. Visited on a Friday night so maybe they were short staffed. Food was just okay. Nothing special. I would not dine here again.
The service is poor.. they take your order when they want .. regardless of who comes first they attend who they want.. kitchen looks dirty.. just like the restrooms .. just to be a good place few years ago.. .....not anymore... now the meat has a funny smell.. that I don't like..
This place has pretty quick and attentive service for how large it is. They have a fairly large menu and a lot of different types of pho to choose from. I had brisket pho and a small vegetable soup on the side. The pho was pretty good, but not nearly the best I’ve ever had—I’d give it a 7.7/10. The vegetable soup was great, though it’s quite difficult to go wrong with that. I think it’s all right for a pho spot, but there’s certainly much better pho waiting for you around suburban Seattle (and the world, for that matter).
