Mcdonald's - Federal Way

McDonald’s food. Staff is always unresponsive and couldn’t be bothered to walk over to hand out drink cups. Good luck if you have cash and have to order at the register and not the kiosk. Food is typically cold if you go inside. That being said drive through is good (if they can manage to get your order correct. That’s about 50/50)

The restaurant in Federal Way has a great atmosphere and good customer service, although the person in charge of interviewing could use some improvement. I have never experienced an interviewer using a Happy Meal container to write down my name. Nevertheless, they treat everyone equally.

Fish filets are one of my favs at Micky D’s. I like to add lettuce and tomato. I can’t believe how sloppy the filet was not centered and stuck to the bun. It now has only a 1/4 slice of cheese. For the money, can I find a better filet take out?

Currently undergoing renovations, the lobby of the restaurant is under construction. The two-lane drive-thru is efficient and always gets my order right. The food is served hot and fresh. The overall appearance of the restaurant looks outdated, but I am excited to see the improvements they are making. (Fingers crossed for a renovation!)

Don't get me wrong...I love McDonalds. I eat at McDonald's more than any other fast food place. However, THIS location has some moral issues that leave room for more than just a little improvement. Like, maybe, an entirely attitude-changing, days-worth of training...especially for the supervisor staff.
