Hana Two Teriyaki Sushi - Federal Way

Used to love coming here because they were good but feel like their quality has definitely gone down. Got chicken yakisoba and the noodles are just covered in grease and the vegetables smell like they are going bad. The beef teriyaki was was over cooked, fatty meat, presentation wasn’t good food was all over the place, prices went way up. Disappointed, they need to we think what they are doing.

We've probably driven by this place a million times since we moved here, but we finally stopped in today. Best decision ever! Big portions, delicious food, and wonderful staff. We got chicken teriyaki (with rice and salad), chicken yakisoba (with rice), and 4 spring rolls we have more than enough for lunch tomorrow! This is definitely our new go to teriyaki place!

One of the things that is very important to me is cleanliness and no fishy smell. This little place is impressive! Reasonable, clean and friendly. What more can I ask for? The sushi is quality and delicious I definitely recommend!

This place is amazing!!! The past few months we have been eating here once and twice weekly (I think 3 times this week lol You can tell they put alot of LOVE into making the food here. The food is awsome and the people here are so nice and really go above and beyond for their customers. Love this place, so glad my parents suggested it to me : Best teriyaki and yakisoba around, I have yet to try to rest of the menu cause the teriyaki and yakisoba are just too good not to get!

Ordered the General Tsao 's chicken. It was a different taste of any I had before...but far less spicy than most. It was disappointing that the chicken, while nice and hot, was extremely dry, although some had a nice crispness under the sauce. I realized that the dish must have been made fresh, then leftovers from 'before ' had to have been thrown in with it, heated to the same temp, making the fresh chicken dry, and the old chicken gooey and so tough; jerky is more tender than this stuff! It was sad that most of the plate was of the shoeleather stuff.
