Big Sam's Pizza - Feasterville-Trevose

My family placed a large order from here that included various sandwiches, appetizers, and the Big Daddy pizza. The staff were very helpful and assisted my sister in carrying the food to her car. We really appreciate their excellent service!

I would give this place zero stars if I could! The customer service is absolutely terrible. I decided to pick up my order, which cost $115, instead of having it delivered, only to find that half of it was missing. I ended up spending my entire lunch break waiting for the rest of my food to be prepared. They forgot my salad, and when I called, the woman on the phone argued with me and refused to correct their mistake by delivering the missing item. I had to speak to a manager to resolve the issue. It was a horrible experience, and I will never order from here again. The lack of communication and customer service is appalling!

This restaurant is a beautiful and clean spot for enjoying pizza and wings! The food here is absolutely fantastic; the fries are crispy and fresh, and the wings are juicy and well-seasoned. The service can be hit or miss—it’s sometimes great, but it could definitely use some improvement in customer service. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to dine!

Never important, lost a good customer. eating went downhill, and the shippers are clueless and takes over an hour!.

I'm done with this place. Prices are just going up and up! Large Pizza which was once $10.70 just 2 months ago is close to $15 now. Salads which were under $10 are close to $13 and its 80% lettuce! Def. Time to start cooking and getting oven pizza from Acme or Giants???
