Wendy's - Fayetteville

Terrible service, waited for 30 minutes in line and still a simple order wrong. also run out of FRENCH FRIES?

Absolutely terrible. I ordered two Jr. Hamburgers and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger using the app expecting the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger to be free (per the terms of the offer) and when I get to the window, the guy scans my code and doesn't even tell me how much it's going to be. I give him a 10 and he gives me $6 back. I drive to the second window and tell the next employee about the situation. She goes on to tell me the promo was applied. Me not trying to be extra, since the line was pretty long behind me, decided to take my L and not ask for a receipt. I feel like the guy at the window pocketed the extra because he immediately closed the window and avoided looking at me after he gave my change back. When did Jr. Hamburgers become $2 a piece? Not to mention, ALL 3 sandwiches were ICE COLD. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles down the road to the Reilly Rd location if you ever make the questionable decision to eat at Wendy's.

Not bad. eating is hot, the fast staff is friendly. only one note when they ask for extra salt/peffer, Chile season there is no doubt about the question?

Very slow service. Employees seemed more interested in their phones and bad service with an attitude.

I enjoy those Wendys. They are polite and friendly as well as accommodating.
