Friendly, professional staff. I was late here. Driving thru was fast and cashier was helpful. Eating was on the spot!

Okay, normally this place isn't that bad. Sometimes the service could be better, but that's based on people who don't have the whole thing. My recent visit was good until I had eaten my chalupa and found a great right in the middle. I took it right back to the restaurant and the manager just looked at it and made another one. I didn't ask if I wanted another or a refund. I didn't have the energy, so I told them that they just did it without salad, because that was the mistake. You made it new and I also have a freezer. Not sure how I feel about the interaction, but the frost was great. No

It's a hit or miss with your order, check your order before you leave. When you get home it's too late because you don't want to drive all the back to the restaurant to get your order right.

Disappointing! The prep staff knew I was standing at the counter, but had to be told to wait on me! The manager, who seemed to be making out the work roster, asked if I'd used the kiosk. I had not! My question is why SHE had to ask me, first, before the staff members even bothered to acknowledge me! I could see that it was a slow workday, but you'd think that would make them MORE inclined to take my order, before things got busy! The food itself did not disappoint
