Sino Wok Chinese Eatery - Fayetteville

My kids enjoy the food from here. They give a decent amount of food and the kids meal is a lot for one adult person…even comes with a drink. I spent $12 for 2 kids meals, can’t beat that. My son likes the honey mustard chicken while my daughter likes the blackened chicken.

Haven't been to the mall in forever today decided to give Sino Wok a try. Service was great overall serving size was enough for a family but everything lacked flavor (not enough sauce) seasoning on chicken every piece was dry. I ordered the 2 item rice combo Bourbon/ Mandarin Chicken. This place use to hit years ago but would I order from here again... Probably not. The total with egg roll was a bit over $12 but I should have stuck with my 1st choice of the Thai location which offered samples

My food was cold. I only took two bites of it and walked right back to the counter to return it. It was not made to order and was served off of the bar. I was told that I could not receive a refund because it was cold and I did not want it. The cashier pointed to a sign that was strategically placed that stated No Refunds or Exchanges . However, the manager was there and offered cook my order again. I agreed and received hot food that looked great. Unfortunately, the taste did not match. You live and you learn. I will not purchase food from this location again. I gave two stars because the manager was accommodating.

Every item was bad. Flavors just off... Sesame chicken was not what you would expect. The bourbon chicken was so dry it was inedible and had a very distinct char flavor. The rice was gross as well. $14 I'll never get back for this mess.

Food tastes nasty and overpriced. Rude workers who don't care and portion sizes small. Won't ever come back food nasty and Luke warm.
