Upon arrival, we inquired with the hostess about the pho. She asked if it was our first visit, and when we confirmed, she pointed out that ordering from one section of the menu would include pho while the other would come with miso soup. We placed our order but were disappointed when they brought us a small bowl of consommé as an appetizer instead of the pho we were expecting. Having already paid, we were frustrated to receive something that wasn’t what we hoped for. The manager mentioned that they do not provide refunds, but when the clear soup arrived, the staff insisted it was pho. I will not be returning!
The atmosphere here is unwelcoming and overwhelmed by rules. There's a strict 1 hour and 30 minute dine-in limit. If I come with a friend and he wants BBQ while I prefer something from the menu, we won't be able to sit together. You must order and pay at the register before receiving your food. If you choose not to eat from the BBQ menu, you'll only get plastic utensils. Additionally, if you don't finish all your Korean BBQ, there’s an extra charge. Soft drinks are exclusively for those ordering from the BBQ menu, not the dine-in options. Food from the regular menu is served in to-go containers, even when dining in. The bulgogi was quite good, but while I understand some of these rules may be necessary, the focus should be on providing a positive customer experience. If you're not interested in serving customers, then a career in customer service may not be the right choice for you.
This is a unique take on an all-you-can-eat experience, and once the staff explained the concept to me at the entrance, I was sold. The food was excellent, and I appreciated being able to customize the flavors and ingredients. Plus, I cooked all my meats to perfection! I'm definitely planning to come back.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, enjoying a diverse selection of Asian dishes, including sushi, pho, Korean BBQ, and miso soup, which made for a unique dining experience. You get to choose your meats and cook them right at the table. This was our first visit, and we absolutely loved it. Our waitress was extremely friendly; she guided us through the menu options and even assisted us in preparing our food for cooking.
This was my first visit, and I absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere and the friendly service. The highlight is that you get to choose your own meats and grill them to your liking. Additionally, there are plenty of other dishes available, including miso soup, pho, sushi, kimchi, salads, desserts, and more. It's an all-you-can-eat experience for just $24.99! There are some restrictions, so be mindful not to take too much unless you can finish it all. Overall, I'm really happy that my family enjoyed the food.
