Mcdonald's - Fayetteville

Looking at reviews can provide all the information needed. Hopefully, they make the correct decision. We ordered 40 nuggets for a small gathering, but after trying three, we found them to be soggy and undercooked. While they weren't terrible, this experience is enough for me to decide that we won't be returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant was fresh and tasty, made exactly to my specifications. However, the staff member wearing running gear was quite rude and interrupted me when I was ordering the sauce I wanted for my son's Happy Meal, suggesting a different option. This restaurant is also conveniently located near the next closest McDonald's to me.

This review is from a former manager of the franchise from 5 years ago. When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed that it was busy, but it was during the lunch rush so it was expected. There were full order screens at both the drive-thru and front counter, as well as in the kitchen, with the second side not being used. I knew there would be a wait, but it was fine for the time being. I placed my order on the kiosk without any issues, as there was a line at the counter. While waiting, I noticed some cleanliness issues. There were more than 10 people working, so the second side should have been used. There was some confusion at the drive-thru with a few things. I appreciated that the staff stayed focused on their tasks and did not rush through everything. After 17 minutes or 1020 seconds, my order was ready and my number was called to pick it up. Everything I ordered was correct, and the quality was good. The lobby was clean, the bathroom was well-maintained and smelled nice, but the drink area needed attention. There was trash and spills everywhere. The sweet tea was out of stock during my visit. The unsweetened tea lacked a date sticker on the container, which is a health code violation. There are still some areas that need improvement. The order screens have gotten better, but the digital menu screen inside was out of service. The drive-thru runner screen went down twice and needed to be fixed urgently. When I was there, there were more than 10 cars waiting in the drive-thru line, even with a fully staffed running screen. I noticed that the parking lot was being utilized, which was a positive. This review will be shared on Facebook, Google, and the customer survey.

Yet another fantastic McDonald's. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot.

I was in this mcdonald 's several times with small problems that were not too big of a deal to me, but this last time was bad. his 4 o'clock, I just worked 12 hours and tried to get quick simple eating on my way home. my roommate/coworker and I decided that this would be a good option and she mentions a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich that sounds good so I decide to get the classic chicken deluxe sandwich. we get the meal, middle pommes, but big mcfrappes. the one who took our order was beautiful, has everything right on the screen. they didn't give us our acknowledgement, which was strange, but no big thing. the man in the second window was rude. he was very volatile and a bit repulsive. we asked for a thing of the buffalo sauce and he sighed as if he was upset and said that "will be 32 cent. And then looked impatient with us while we counted on some changes for a single sauce package. I don't care to pay for it if that's a thing for which they pay (although I thought they were charged only for extra sauces? not one sose? but he didn't have to be rude about it. also the order was not correct. the drinks they gave us were medium, not big. but since he gave it to us, and then basically dismissed us and closed the window, we did not disturb each other. we didn't have the reception either. but what really upset me about this trip was the way both sandwiches were labeled as regular chicken sandwiches, no more spicy. So my roommate took it and ate one of the sandwiches, while I did something and then I took a bit of my sandwich, finally ready to eat, and it was sharp, just badly marked. appetit ruined, I couldn't eat that sandwich. I only ate my pommes and had to throw away the rest. I hate to waste food, and I hate to write bad crispy, but that was really unacceptable.
